Acceptable Use Policy

The rules that keep our software safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone who uses it.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the products and services provided by Imaginatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (doing business as "Imaginatrix", "we", "us", or "our") (the "Services"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for your users' compliance with this AUP.

General Principles

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Services in any way that harms us, the Services, or any other person.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Services to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate anyone else doing so.
  • Operate or promote unlawful money-circulation, pyramid, or Ponzi schemes. Where you use MLM/direct-selling features, you must comply with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and all other applicable laws.
  • Upload, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages, or use SMS/WhatsApp/email features in breach of TRAI regulations, DND/consent requirements, or the WhatsApp Business and provider policies.
  • Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or probe the Services or any system or network.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law or an explicit licence.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted in your Order.
  • Use the Services to process data you have no lawful basis or consent to process, or to store data you are prohibited from storing.
  • Place unreasonable load on the infrastructure, scrape data at scale, or circumvent usage limits or security controls.

Your Responsibilities

  • Keep credentials secure and restrict access to authorised users.
  • Ensure the data you upload is accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights and consents needed.
  • Comply with the tax, sectoral, and data-protection laws applicable to your business.
  • Report any security vulnerability or misuse you become aware of to us promptly.

Enforcement & Suspension

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities. Where we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached — or to protect the Services, other users, or third parties — we may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access, with notice where practicable and immediately where necessary. Serious or repeated violations may lead to termination without refund, as described in our Terms and Refund Policy.

Reporting Abuse

To report misuse of the Services or a security concern, email hello@imaginatrix.in with details. We take all reports seriously and respond promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
